REFUND POLICY

In the event where the intern wishes to cancel the internship before its commencement, he/she is entitled to a refund from the Company. However, the Company may levy a cancellation charge and such refund is subjected to the following conditions:

 

1. If the intern wishes to cancel the internship after having made the initial payment but prior to having made the balance payment, then he/she is not entitled to any refund, as the initial payment for this internship is non-refundable, for being costs towards visa processing and administrative expenses.

2. If the intern wishes to cancel the internship after having made the initial and the balance payment, then he is entitled to a refund from the Company from the balance payment after deduction of the cancellation charges as envisaged above.

3. If the intern makes such cancellation before Thirty (30) days from the commencement of the internship, then he/she shall be entitled to a refund of the entire balance payment made for the internship, after having deducted the transfer costs for such refund.

4. If the intern makes a cancellation of the internship with less than Thirty (30) days from the commencement of the internship, then a deduction of Fifteen (15%) percent will be made from the balance payment, towards bookings for accommodation and other arrangements for the intern. The remaining amount of the balance payment shall be refunded to the intern.

5. All refunds made by the Company, shall take at least Ten (10) days to be processed from the date of cancellation.
